Deaf Ski EC

Videotext: DIS is also taking over the Deaf Ski Europe Cup, which has been running for 25 years. Our aim is for it to continue and not be cancelled. We want to introduce a new mode with the Deaf Ski Europe Cup. There will be two separate rankings. One ranking list only for professionals who take part in world championships or Deaflympics. And a ranking list for amateur racers only. Whether young or old, everyone can take part. The difference is that the professionals have to ski the length specified in the regulations. There are no regulations for amateur skiers. There is only one overall classification for the professionals. There are no more age groups. There is a ranking list with different age categories for amateur skiers, but no overall ranking list. With this new mode, we want to make skiing more attractive.
